African Violet Leaves

Description

This is an African Violet done in pen and ink on illustration board. The focus was to create the subject using lines to draw attention to the shapes of the leaves. African Violets can be found growing in Kenya and Tanzania. In the U.S. we enjoy them indoors with their fuzzy leaves and mostly purple flowers.
